Five winners announced in the “Search for the Restorer” contest.
. . . Scroll down for my recent blog posts.
Sharon, in your newsletter you said: Go to your local bookstores (Christian chains, independent stores, Barnes and Noble, Borders, etc.) and see if you can find The Restorer on the shelves. You might have to hunt in “Inspiration Fiction” or “Christian Fiction” or the “Religion Section” or it might turn up in the “Fantasy” fiction shelves. Can’t find it? Ask the manager and suggest he order some copies in..
I thought I’d mention, if any participant leaves a comment over at A Christian Worldview of Fiction‘s Fantasy Challenge, they can also be eligible for that prize drawing.
Becky
Absolutely!
I’ll be posting more about “The Search for the Restorer” contest on my blog in the coming days, and had planned to mention that. If you participate in “The Search for the Restorer” you can also post about your results at Becky’s site for her “Fantasy Challenge” and be eligible for ANOTHER drawing. 🙂
I see you’ve updated your blog. I kind of jumped back when I pulled it up today and thought, “Wow!” It really looks great.
The blog looks great, Shazza! Can’t wait to review The Restorer for you 🙂
I ordered The Restorer from my Christian bookstore, and the weird but amazing thing is that it showed up on the same day that my bookmarks arrived! How cool is that? The bookmarks look great, by the way. 🙂 I can’t wait to give them away and promote Christian fantasy to some friends who I know have given up on the genre and now just read secular fantasy! Yay! Thank you, Sharon! 🙂

I love the new look! It’s really fresh, cool and clear. Like a walk on the beach in Maine. Nice.
Sharon, hey thanks again for the ARCs. I’m plowing through The Restorer and loving it. I have to say as an All-American guy, I was wondering if I could relate to a “soccer mom” protagonist. But Susan has such a strong and unique voice that I’m willing to follow her. Also, I’ve noted that as an All-American Dad, much of what Susan experiences I can still totally relate to. I’ll be posting a full review during the tour, but I’ll send it to you prior in case your publisher wants to get a Promo Blurb from the review.
Keep writing, Lady Sharon, and may your sword be sharp. 😉
Shazza – The Restorer has made it safely to the Southern Hemisphere! Well, my copy at least. I’m wishing I could get a photo of it in the claws of a koala but pretty sure that’s not going to happen – LOL!!! Will be reading and reviewing it soon!
Hey, Sharon! My review of “The Restorer” is up…hope you stop by!

A Peek At My Bookshelf
tagged you for a meme at The Bookshelf!! LOL!!
Just stopped by to say hi! I’m an inspirational author AND rubberstamper too!
Sharon,
Just wanted to thank you for writing the Restorer. That was me a year ago (except for the escape into a different world-part 🙂
I also wanted to pass on my thanks to you and your publishers for the free books through CSFF Blog Tour. I received one and was thrilled!!
Hi, Eve!
I’m so glad the book blessed you.
And I’m also so grateful that my publisher shared copies with members of the CSFF blog tour – I can’t wait for the tour! I hope it will help get the word out about the book, so people who might be encouraged by the story can find it. 🙂
i got my copy of the Restorer today! i love that this is based on Deborah’s story. you can probably guess why!
Hi, Sharon! Looking forward to the Blog Tour!
And one month away from the Fantasy 4 Fiction Tour!
I’m praying for you!
Enjoyed your blog and will definitely visit again.
Blessings from Costa Rica
Hi Sharon:
I see you’re playing around with blog dates again! Just to mess with my head …
May 10, 2008!! (Yes, it will be a Saturday.)
I think you really need to do that time travel novel you’ve been mentioning in interviews! 🙂
Anyhoo, I loved “The Restorer,” which is really great since I’d been looking forward to it for so long and built-up expectations, you know, sometimes get dashed. Not this time around.
Now I can’t wait for the “Son”!!
Hi Sharon! My review is up at “The Grace Bridges Blog” – This tour is so much fun!
I just knew there’d be a party over here!
One comment I forgot to make in my blog, maybe I’ll put it in tomorrow: Sharon, you’ve got the gift of a “home renovator”!
I probably noticed all the clues right away since I work for a home decor mag, but the house in The Restorers sounded like a Craftsman decorated with simple Arts & Crafts furniture. And Mark’s carpentry expertise? Hmmm…
I think you’ve got some personal restoration stories that you’ve been hiding. Above and beyond Becky Miller. (The fictional Becky, that is. It’s so confusing that there are two Becky Millers and somehow, both universes always seem to collide whenever I am talking to you. Oh, the peril of alternate universes. Or is it universi?)
🙂
Best wishes on your blog tour,
Merrie
